Onsite technician IT Lead Nordics to Wella in Solna, Stockholm!
We are looking for an onsite technician IT Lead for the Nordics to join Wella on their exciting development journey. This is a full-time position which starts out as a consultant role for 6-12 months and then transits into a full-time position with our customer. The start is immediately with respect to other commitments. If you have a few years of experience working as IT support and with people/service management and wish to develop further within these areas this role could suit you great!
Some of the tasks as Onsite technician IT Lead Nordics include:
- Acting as IT service manager for the errands and projects you are part of. You will communicate with parties both in Sweden and in other Nordic countries.
- Skills management, to understand how to prioritize and escalate errands
- Interactions with both users and management
- Providing IT-support in all local IT-equipment such as computers, telephones, network, servers and printers. More specific: installing and troubleshooting, providing support in Windows 10 and Office 365, manage incoming cases from users, receive, manage, install and send out IT equipment
In order to succeed in the role, it is important that you have a great will and a strong interest in providing good service to the different users and management. There will be several contact areas and the work tasks will vary depending on specific needs.
What are we looking for in i potential candidate?
- Experience in IT service management. Someone who is comfortable in prioritizing and leading projects forward
- Experience of working as an onsite technician or in another IT-support function
- Someone who has a great passion in helping people and fixing problems, and can handle pressure well
- A person who is driven, communicative and can, when necessary, handle pressure
- Extensive experience and understanding of Windows 10 and Office 365
- Good communication skills in both Swedish and English
- It is meritorious if you are experienced in Service Now, ITIL and/or ITSM.
