Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Onsite Technician(Service-Oriented) to join our dynamic team.
What You Will Work On:
Providing on-site technical support, serving as the primary point of contact for resolving technical issues and troubleshooting a wide range of IT problems.
Proficiently managing user accounts in Active Directory to ensure accuracy and security.
Assisting users with common Windows applications, including Microsoft Office 365, to ensure seamless operation.
What You Bring:
Relevant educational background within the scope of the position.
Several years of hands-on experience as an on-site technician, proficient in resolving diverse IT-related problems.
In-depth knowledge of Active Directory and proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office 365.
Demonstrated experience in service-related roles, emphasizing a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
A genuine desire to assist and support users with their IT-related inquiries, without displaying prestige.
Flexibility and adaptability to meet the dynamic needs of the office environment.
Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, offering support and optimizing work processes.
