Operating Model Specialist

Northvolt has an exciting job offer for an Operating Cost Specialist to join our passionate team.
In joining us you will play an important part from the very start in developing a new generation of large scale European battery factories. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Build tools & methodologies for overall analysis on battery materials and related manufacturing cost
Support technology development in cell projects, concept development and procurement phases to ensure design-to-cost focus
Support development of next generation battery cells technical and cost roadmap for both material and process
Drive development of the next generation Operating Model, as well as related processes, analysis tools and methods
Facilitate development of competitive battery cost targets for next generation NV battery cells
Involvement in supplier and internal development discussions supporting the key stakeholders with analysis on cost structure, metrics and potentials
Sensitivity analysis of process/product parameters cell cost effect (e.g. proposed cathode materials composition, electrode designs and cell sizes)
