Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Operation Consultant to join our dynamic team.
What You Will Work On:
Analyze and understand the technical flow of the existing solution built on MS Access.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand the customer’s infrastructure setup.
Develop a plan to build a similar solution firmly on the customer’s infrastructure.
Implement the technical solution from scratch based on the analysis of the existing setup and instructions.
Ensure seamless migration of the solution from the previous operator to the customer’s domain.
Provide documentation and instructions for the newly implemented solution.
Offer support and guidance to the customer during the transition period.

What You Bring:
Experience analyzing and understanding technical flows, particularly within the context of MS Access solutions.
Strong written and spoken communication skills in Swedish.
Proficiency in MS Access, including the ability to develop solutions and manage databases.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of the technical solution implementation process.
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
