Right now, we are looking for an Operations Engineer to the Control Center’s IT monitoring team.
I am Tim Adamsson, and I am leading Service Management Monitoring 3, part of Service Assurance Control Center. We are a great bunch of people, that make sure our customers and internal users stay connected to working applications 24/7/365.
In an ever-changing technological landscape, we must always stay on our feet and be ready to adapt to new situations. Our mission is to always have a clear view of the state of our services and networks and to provide the quickest possible incident resolution. We strive to have an E2E view of customer experience, performance, security, and system health among other things. We are now looking for a colleague to our team.

As a member of the team you will monitor, resolve incidents, act as a change implementation control and drive activities that will ensure the operational excellence of our services.

You are independent with a strong drive. Still, you are a team player that appreciates an inclusive team environment. You have a strong background in monitoring, incident resolution and large-scale IT deployments. Change and transformation are seen as a fun challenge and a chance to adopt new technologies and improved ways of working. Best practice is a natural part of your thinking.

Your Experience:
Background in complex IT environments (NFVI/VNF, cloud, on premises and large-scale data center)
Experience with databases, OS (Windows, Linux and/or UNIX), routers, switches, load balancers, applications
Familiarity with ITIL. Change management, Problem management, Incident management etc.
University degree within a relevant field
