Kappahl and the entire retail industry are in an intensive development phase and we have a number of exciting changes ahead of us! To meet the pace of change, we have adapted our organization and we are therefore looking for a driven process leader who will hold the banner and coordinate the work within workstream Operations that spans all the teams within IT.

We offer you To meet the demands of rapid change and continuous development, we work with well-defined processes based on ITSM. We are now looking for an experienced process manager who will coordinate and secure resources for our IT assignments and drive our internal improvement work.
As an Operations Lead, you have an overall mandate to drive change and improvement processes that span the entire organization. You will be cohesive in planning upgrades and releases of new IT services and responsible for keeping together and being a driving force in the problem process. Your responsibilities include the following:
• Run and follow up ongoing improvement and development projects within the IT function
• Responsible for resource planning and prioritization within the activity portfolio
• Responsible for the ITIL processes Problem and Release & Deploy
• Be an assignment leader for defined assignments
• Working with continuous improvement of Kappahl's internal processes.
Your profile To thrive in this role, we believe you enjoy working at a sometimes high pace in a changing organization. You are open to new impulses and enjoy driving change in your own team and can cooperate good with others. You are interested and understand the technology but have your focus on the process that creates value to the business. You are a good listener with the ability to translate needs into solutions and get them implemented. As success depends on getting others involved, you need to have good pedagogical and social skills. You take great responsibility for your work, pay attention to details, follow up your work, and have the ability to be calm and prioritize quickly when needed.
Formally, you have a relevant degree with a focus on IT combined with qualified experience of running change operations and management within an IT department. We work in a team-based organization and value that you are communicative and unpretentious to promote the work based in an agile mindset. Of course, you master Swedish and English fluently in speech and writing.
