Responsibilities:
Lead operation team, set up yearly projects and targets.
Improve sales operation efficiency, including order & logistic process, sales budget control and data analysis.
Normalize HR (recruitment) & admin work, help new colleagues to better adapt to local business practice and culture.
Manage typical KA directly with sales support work.
Skills and Experiences:
At least 3+ years’ experience in either sales operation, or HR & admin position in Nordic countries.
A proven record of landing a related project from scratch.
Excellent communication skills and a strong learning ability.
Team leader experience is a plus.
Language: English and Chinese.
