As a fully owned subsidiary of Scania our goal is to be the number one partner to our existing and potential customers looking to accelerate their electrification journey through depot charging.

Job description
As an Operations Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the best possible uptime for the customer, with focus on charging solutions. In your day-to-day responsibilities, you will coordinate and ensure delivery of maintenance, firmware/software upgrades, troubleshooting and repairs along with commissioning activities across various locations within your region.y

You will work with setting up and integrate centrally agreed support processes for depot charging in your market. This includes collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, such as product management, procurement, sales and suppliers of charging equipment/ service providers.

Your responsibilities
Your role is to lead and develop the operational team, acting as the main contact for contractors and customers if problems arise. You analyze recurring challenges, provide feedback to product management, and optimize operational processes in local markets. Your focus encompasses the continuous development and refinement of operational service processes. This involves ensuring the seamless implementation of agreed-upon procedures and routines within local markets, fostering operational excellence. Your role includes monitoring and reporting on team performance while actively improving support tools like Q&A for enhanced efficiency.

We're looking for
* Experience as operations manager withinin the energy or e-Mobility industry
* Used to work in an international environment
* Fluent in English
* Willingness and possibility to travel including overnight stays
* Leadership experience
* Customer oriented - Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently, motivated and a proactive attitude
* University degree in electrical engineering is a plus
