The role
MAJORITY is looking for an Operation Manager to lead its operation in Atlanta, Georgia. We are seeking candidates with a strong business acumen, data driven and sales oriented.
This individual will have the opportunity to grow with the company as we are launching MAJORITY in the Georgia market.
You will be part of MAJORITY´s Sales and Operations team in the United States. It will have the responsibility to coordinate local managers and set a strong business strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Manages the entire startup operation cycle, with a strong focus on sales
Sets the sales strategy and drives the sales performance
Leads the business with an analytical approach based on data
Leads the team, setting clear goals and KPIs and maximizing the effectiveness of the daily activities
Produces reports and set strategies based on data analytics, working in a data driven way toward other parts of the organization
Qualifications:
Holds a Business Management or related degree. Master or MBA is a plus
Proven experience managing large sales organization, ideally leading a team of 60+ salespeople.
Experience in driving business independently
Strong track record managing a sales budget and constantly overcoming goals
Full P&L experience
Proven track record in driving strategy through data
Experience in creating teams, recruiting and onboarding new members
Personal Skills
Strong business acumen and result driven individual
Proven analytical skills, able to read, interpret and use data to set business strategies.
A recognized leader and team player, able to mentor and coach his team
Strong organizational skills, able to coordinate and implement cooperation with other stakeholders within the company
