We are the Service Area Networks (SAN) Lab Operations, and we deliver world class lab infrastructure, networks and hardware (HW) services to the R&D organizations across Ericsson. Lab Operations is a global organization providing services with global deliveries from Site Lab Operations in Stockholm, Linköping and other regional labs globally. We are now looking for a new dedicated Local Operation Manager (LOM) to join the team in Stockholm, Rosersberg.

The Local Operations Manager within the HW installation area is responsible for supporting assigned service delivery operations across the delivery units and towards specific user groups. The role includes responsibility for planning, coordination, driving & taking the lead in daily operation activities. The person is responsible for securing the workflow according to communicated strategies & directives and acts as the SAN interface in stakeholder meetings and foras. The LOM is locally accountable for the 5 S work (waste elimination) & Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) work within appointed scope and performs quality tests & KPI measurements on regular basis. The role includes planning & securement of adequate competence training within the team together with the Line Manager. The LOM reports directly to Head of HW Installation & Operations 2 within Lab Site Operations in Stockholm

As Local Operations Manager your stakeholder interfaces are ICT Delivery Managers, ICT Service Managers, ICT Engineers, ICT Architects, ICT Project Managers, ICT Strategic Portfolio Managers, ICT Technical Product Managers, ICT Asset Managers, ICT Line Managers, Operational Development, Business Controllers, Site Heads and Business Finance.
As Local Operations Manager your tools & resources are SAP/BW, IT Service Catalogue, EriDoc, IT Request Handling and Asset Management Tools (RTT, SMP, Equipman, BAMS, TEFIR), Gordon, JIRA flow & handling and Financial Reporting.
