The Operation Services Coordinator is responsible for performing several tasks to support our office daily operations, as well as providing administrative support for project related tasks. Duties include providing mobility service, employee re-location arrangement, Domestic travel arrangement, responding to employees’ inquiries, ordering supplies, managing internal communication, assisting with special events.
WHAT YOU WILL (BUT NOT ONLY) DO
· Support our Office Administrator in daily tasks and making sure the Office Operation is running smoothly and being representative.
· Daily support at our office regarding everything that involves the employee’s ad hoc requests, update information to employees.
· Assist with Project Manager and Business Operation Department for staff pickup service
· Assist with Project Manager which includes the issuing of project purchase orders and subcontracts
· Keep track and organize office and project inventory
· Other responsibilities assigned by Business Operation Management

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
· High school diploma required; college degree preferred
· +1-year related experience preferred
· Excellent written and verbal communication in Chinese and English, Swedish in a merit
· Good interpersonal skills, and service mindset
· Exceptional time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
· Swedish or EU countries Drive license is a must
