Operation Support

As Area Store Operation Support at H&M Home, you lead by example and have the vital role to coach Store Managers to create an outstanding and inspiring shopping experience for our customers every day. You report directly to the Area Manager.
Europe is your work field and together with the area team you secure a supreme customer experience, selling, profitability, and operational excellence for H&M Home’s concept stores. The role will be very multifaceted with different challenges every day.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role we see that you have:
At least two year of experience working with operations
Experience from working in a store, preferably with interior or hard deco products
You are used to being an informal leader
Taking initiatives and constant improvement is something that triggers to you, as well as turning ideas into action
Great communication skills
Fluent in English both written and verbal
You love to travel and travelling on a weekly basis to different countries/cities is a natural part of your job
