What you will do in this role   
As an Operation Support on our team, you will:  
- Plan machine movements (relocations). Including pre-sales management, validation, definition, execution and associated escalations 
- Quote of ad-hoc services for relevant customers, e.g. +3 simultaneous printers 
- Control and manage stock (packaging + lockers) 
- Manage, improve and automatize databases (mainly Smartsheet) 
- Define new proactive processes  
- Apply discounts to standard non conventional/special services (in process of phasing out with the improvements of the relocation process) 
- Assist Marketing in the management of machine transfers to trade shows and demonstrations 
- Supervise the repair of MKT machines 
- Define and improve the relocation process (internal-external) 
- Manage and approve exceptional expenses/shipments in relocations  
Your qualifications

- Are bilingual or proficient level in English and Spanish
- Have a strong technical background with bachelor's degree in science/engineering 
- Have experience in a similar role (+2 years) 
- Can think critically and using good judgment 
- Have experience in the printing sector 
- Can travel 10% of the time 
- Can work collaboratively in an ethnically, linguistically, and culturally diverse environment 
- Have excellent organizational skills; able to prioritize work in accordance
