Responsibilities
Implementation activities
1.Preliminary business technical exchanges with Europeans institutions, to discuss operational and technical requirements for the new projects and facilitate new program installations.
2.Preparation of technical implementation plans, development of project plans, and follow-up of project testing.
3.Guide customers through applicable UnionPay processing rules, specification and documentation.
4. Consultancy to clients and internal teams to provide technical expertise.
Daily Operation Support
1.Provide end-to-end project management and execution throughout processing implementation projects including certification, project launch, pilot testing, etc.
2. Handle multiple implementation projects in parallel.
3.Provide daily operation support such as updating rules introduction, transaction quality analysis and settlement issue follow-up etc.
4.Communication with HQ Operation Support Dept, the local branches and the institutions, collect the advice on business rules, technical specifications, dispute resolution and risk management.
5.Conduct training, support or explanation sessions for branches and institutions.
Requirements
1.Bachelor’s degree or above in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science or Similar Degree.
2.Beginner accepted. 2-5 years experiences in project management/customer support role in card payment industry, chip card technology, software, financial or information services would be an added advantage.
3.Strong ability to comprehend and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
4.Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese are mandatory. Any other European language would be a plus.
