Operational analyst

The post-purchase operational team will be a part of Operational Excellence and Development Department and adds significant value to Klarna by ensuring an excellent post-purchase operational experience from purchase to debt collection. An important factor is to ensure optimized operational business decisions while ensuring a positive customer experience, both for our end-customers and all merchants using Klarna, who, just like us, want to maintain high customer satisfaction.

Your mission will be to perform both qualitative and quantitative analysis (in for example SQL and Excel) to provide the analysis required to make the right operational business decisions, conduct A/B-tests of documents and other analysis to support operations. We expect you to continuously identify and implement improvement opportunities.

Requirements:

MBA or Masters degree in Economics or similar
At least 3 years of experience in advanced quantitative analysis
Very strong analytical capabilities and a strong interest in problem solving
Experience of building analytical models in Excel and/or SQL
Fluent in English and experience from working in an international organization
