About the role

As Branch Manager Operational, you will be responsible for both business and people, with the goal to grow both in order to be the Lighthouse in Sweden.

Your main responsibilities as Operational Branch Manager:
* Compliance sales budget and costs
* Setting goals and action plans for your team
* Ensure compliance with quantitative and qualitative KPI of your branch
* Ensuring administrative procedures set by the company are followed
* Succession planning – growing talents in your branch

Required qualifications:
* Result and customer oriented
* Interest in people management and leadership
* Analytical skills
* Change management and communications skills
* Being a role model – living our DNA
* Fluent in Swedish and English
* no criminal record since we are a authorized security company
