Ericsson AB Ericsson in Kumla is expanding and we are looking for several new employees, mainly within the areas Technology, Quality and Logistics.If you have the right background and competence we can offer you a challenging job and an exciting future within Ericsson.Are you ready to accept that challenge?Your role is mainly to handle purchase of material with fast action and secure it to agreed lead-times.It also requires skills to build contact networks against our suppliers and good prioritization ability.Below you find more details regarding daily working activities: - ensure our delivery capabilities by managing daily call off and securing delivery capability of material and services - implementing and following sourcing directives, guidelines and agreements from a transactional perspective - monitoring and improving the daily operational relations and interfaces with appointed suppliers and the operational performance of each supplier - monitor and measure supplier performance on operational level to provide input to supplier improvement activities - escalate problems that can not be resolved by the individual job holder and inform internal stake holders regarding major deviations - monitor and optimize inventory days and excess material to minimize cost - monitor and update relevant IT applications to ensure correct master data.Furthermore, you are going to perform resolution of invoice issues and claims to minimize impact on deliveries and/or supplier relations due to unpaid invoices.Utbildning/erfarenhet We see that you have college or higher education in logistics or relevant and typically high school education in combination with 2-3 years of experience related to sourcing and supply chain management.You should also have: - electronics experience with PC software and business system of the SAP type - knowledge and experience with purchasing, production planning and distribution processes - good experience from supply chain, customer order management and logistics - ability to communicate in written and spoken English - good knowledge in local processes, tools, and methodologies that are applied by operational sourcing - good interpersonal and communication skills, suitable for a multi-functional and international environment.Furthermore, you should have good communication and cooperation skills and an accountability and foresight with business sensibility.The pulse and flow in the work is high, so you need to have a good stress threshold.
