Operational buyer in Indirect Purchasing

ABOUT THE POSITION:

In this role, your main responsibility will be to perform sourcing for bought-in services. You will advise stakeholders on procurement issues, providing support and guidance at all stages of the procurement cycle as well as on modifications in requests.

As an Operational buyer in Indirect Purchasing you will be working with:

Perform and support procurement according to defined strategies and frameworks in everything from Digital to HR.Advise stakeholders on procurement issues, providing support and guidance at all stages of the procurement cycle as well as on modifications in requests. Improve collaboration with stakeholders and together towards common goals.Perform necessary market analysis to support the sourcing activity.Create and maintain commercial relations with suppliers and internal stakeholders.Initiate and conduct supplier evaluations and supplier audits.Support sustainability supplier assessment aiming for compliance of the supplier base to

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

To succeed in this role, you need to:

Educational background in business administration, finance, purchasing or similarA minimum of 3 years of work experience in Indirect Purchasing preferably within the automotive industryHave excellent communications skills both written and spoken in English and basic in Swedish.

We are looking for someone who enjoys administrational tasks. This person also needs to be flexible and used to work in a stressful and high pace environment. Used to handle many different projects and lots of data at the same time.We also believe that you are humble and can keep a transparent and open dialogue with your colleagues and leader. A great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

ABOUT THE EMPLOYMENT:

This is a consulting assignment which means that you will initially be employed by Friday. The ambition is that the assignment will result in a permanent position at the client company.
