Operational buyer - Indirect Purchasing

ABOUT THE ROLE:

In this role, you will become part of a purchasing team focusing on indirect material. You will advise stakeholders on procurement issues, providing support and guidance through all stages of the procurement cycle.

In summary you will be responsible for:

Performing and supporting procurements according to defined strategies and frameworks in everything from Digital to HR.
Advising stakeholders on procurement issues, providing support and guidance at all stages of the procurement cycle along with modifications in requests.
Improve collaboration with stakeholders and work towards shared goals.
Performing necessary market analysis to support the sourcing activities.
Creating and maintaining commercial relations with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Initiating and conducting supplier evaluations and supplier audits.

IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Educational background in business administration, finance, purchasing or similar.
A minimum of 2 years of work experience in Purchasing preferably from a technical organization.
Have excellent communications skills both written and spoken in English along with basic Swedish.


We are looking for someone who enjoys administrative tasks. This person also needs to be flexible and used to work in a high pace environment. Used to handle many different projects and lots of data simultaneously.We also believe that you are humble and can keep a transparent and open dialogue with your colleagues and suppliers. A great emphasis will be placed on personal fit.

EMPLOYMENT:

This is a consultant assignment meaning you will be employed by OIO. The ambition is for the assignment to be transferred to a permanent employment at the client company.
