Our Procurement team consists of seven colleagues and a manager, handling all procurement for the Stena Line Group. We work together to create value for the company in close collaboration with key stakeholders in the different regions. To strengthen our department during the summer holidays, we are now looking for two Operational Buyers.
What will you do?
As Operational Buyer your role is to safeguard that procurement activities are performed according to Stena Line purchasing process, policy and other guiding documents. One of the two Buyers we´re looking for will be working with our procurement system, Palette Byer, and the other one will be working with our procurement system, AMOS.
Some of your key responsibilities:
- As Key user be the “go to” person for support
- Support the organisation with placing orders
- System updates
- Perform price comparisons
- Negotiate terms & conditions
- System administration
Who are you?

The must-haves:
- Ongoing university studies in Maritime-, Logistics- or Procurement Management
- Good communication skills in English and Swedish, both written and oral
- Good computer skills

This is a full-time temporary position, between June and August, based in Gothenburg within our Procurement department.
