Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Operational Developer (DevSecOps) to join our dynamic team
What you will work on:
Lead efforts to enhance work processes, including build, test, deploy, and release processes, to optimize the IT organization and deliver increased value to customers more efficiently and frequently.
Collaborate with a team focused on power of attorney management to achieve earlier and more frequent deliveries in production.
Drive initiatives to break down silos and eliminate person dependencies, utilizing practices such as Behavior-Driven Development (BDD), Test-Driven Development (TDD), and pair programming.
Implement strategies to ensure the team focuses on completing broken down deliveries within short cycles.
Introduce enabling technologies such as automation and cloud migration/decommissioning to streamline workflows.
Enhance the team’s problem-solving capabilities and foster a culture of continuous improvement by proactively troubleshooting recurring incidents using monitoring and alerts.
Engage in close dialogue with users and leverage data-driven approaches to enhance customer value.

What you bring:
Over 10 years of experience in .NET development with a strong foundation in C#/.NET.
Deep understanding and commitment to agile methodologies, including Scrum/SAFe.
Experience working in environments with complex and operationally critical system relationships.
Proficiency in architectural frameworks and patterns.
Familiarity with test strategies, test automation, and performance testing.
Expertise in Azure Cloud services and Azure DevOps, including CI/CD pipelines and work in Boards.
Knowledge of container technology and experience working with Docker/Containers/OpenShift.
Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing.
Proven track record of developing new services and products from concept to implementation in production.
Strong conceptual thinking skills with the ability to propose, evaluate, and investigate solutions.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
