As an operational excellence coordinator, you will be involved in Health Safety and Environment and Quality and continuous improvements for Transformer Service TRES Sweden. Our leaders are the engine for bringing the inclusion and diversity of thought to life and we need you who want to be a part of our journey!
Your responsibilities
Review and update local management system and instructions
You will be supporting and facilitating risk assessments
Support the local TRES organization with chemical and environmental requirements
You will be a local expert to support within quality and continuous improvement
You will be involved internal and external audits
Support local site-specific Health Safety and Environment and Quality matters
Report quality and Health, Safety and Environmental KPIs to the global system

Your background
You hold a bachelor’s degree or similar within relevant area
Require minimum of 2 years’ experience from quality and continuous improvement
Experience in manufacturing industry is preferrable
Experience of ISO-standards and requirements
Knowledge of Lean 6 sigma is a plus
You contribute with your positive and proactive mindset, as well as with your ability to create a good atmosphere.
Proficiency in English and Swedish, both written and spoken, is required. Additional language skills will be an advantage.
