Within the role as an Operational Excellence Manager, you can for example, work with areas such as internal Ways of Working, being the Business Owner for a common capability in Customer Engagement, coach in process modelling and governance, work with transformation journeys within Division X, defining target processes and work with understanding and enhancing the customer journey.

The CX & Operational Excellence team is key in this journey. We focus on building scalable operations in a LEAN format to create the best customer experience imaginable.
I am Jennie Gehlin and I head up the CX and Operational Excellence team in Division X. You will be working closely with a range of people in Division X as well as different teams in other units in Telia. Reusability, sustainability, and flow are key for us to secure long lasting relationships with our customers and scalable growth.
Is this you?
You are ready for a challenge, someone who enjoys working in a climate where there are a lot of unanswered questions to solve.
You are experienced in agile ways of working, continuously encouraging innovation and improvements. Your formal education and experience may vary, but you have a solid commercial, customer and process understanding and the ability to connect the dots end-to-end. You are a hands-on person who get things done and enjoy cooperating with others. Creating a delightful customer experience and reducing waste is your mantra.
