We are now seeking our next Operational Excellence Manager! You will be responsible for the deployment and execution of Operational Excellence activities within ISC Operations with key focus on our manufacturing sites. Main responsibilities
In the role as Operational Excellence Manager you will lead critical growth-/improvement projects at sites, sometimes for the whole region and occasionally in functions. You will also identify performance losses/gaps and define opportunities for improvement in our sites. You coach, train and guide sites on the Nouryon standard work processes (ALPS) and systems. The role primarily works in the region and, as required, will assist in initiatives on a global basis.
The Operational Excellence Manager is a key resource for the ISC organization in helping to build a long term operational excellence / continuous improvement culture.

Qualifications
To be successful in this position, we believe that you are passionate about continuous improvement and a L6S content expert, an effective change agent, a skilled project manager and a good instructor.
You have a high social competence, customer focus and act with high integrity. You are confident in your own expertise and deliver results while maintaining a high quality in your work in a fast-paced environment. You also possess the ability to work efficiently and you know how to prioritize in your daily work together with others.
We also see that you have:
Bachelor’s Degree minimum, related to technical, supply chain, engineering or related fields.
Proven continuous improvement, Lean(6S) experience and/or certified L6S Black Belt.
Extensive knowledge and expert use in Lean Six Sigma tools and methodologies
Demonstrated exposure to a variety of lean tools (value stream mapping, standard work, 5S, flow, pull, SMED, etc.
Confident in leading and facilitating lean events
Confident in delivering and coaching in lean training
Solid Problem Solving methodology skills
Associate involvement at all levels in continuous improvement activities
Strong project management skills and operational (manufacturing, supply chain) experience/knowledge
Strong communication/presentation skills
Fluent in written and spoken Swedish and English.

Additional information
This is a permanent position on a full-time basis, reporting to Operational Excellence Team lead and based at one of our production site in Sundsvall, Örnsköldsvik or Alby, Sweden and will support all three sites, so travel will be required.
