Operational Excellence Partner to Tietoevry Care

We are looking for an analytical and quality focused operational excellence partner, who wants to be part of Tietoevry Care. Tietoevry Care is modernising the Nordic health and social care sector with modular, open, and interoperable software. We put citizens and patients at the centre, simplifying everyday life for all, and providing the tools required to transition towards increased self-and preventive care and lower cost-of-care settings. ​

When joining Tietoevry Care as an operational excellence partner: 
You will be a part of a team with experienced and senior colleagues. We are working in close collaboration and continuously share experiences and knowledge.
You will be responsible for identifying best practices and communicating needs and requirements throughout the organisation.
You will work on global company level to identify process improvement opportunities, promote alignment and standardisation, and ensure quality and consistency in processes.
You will focus on strategic work with quality management and process development internally within the areas Organisational Operational Efficiency, Quality Management, Process Development as well as administrative support.
You will be responsible for providing leadership and direction within your areas and work with all levels of the organisation to develop the direction and implementation of strategies.


The position does not involve extensive travel, but some travel activities are expected.

Who we are looking for
You are educated to a degree level. A qualification in Organisational and/or Business agility is hugely beneficial.
You have 8-10 years’ experience in a similar role, with a track record of successful implementation of Delivery Excellence strategies.
You need to be able to use your influential skills an all levels, explain and present highly complex solutions.
You have vast experience in optimising work models and driving efficiency goals and expertise in the Delivery or Process Excellence area.
You have excellent business insight, which enables you to communicate and apply your expertise within your area.
You are fluent in English and one Nordic language.





 It’s considered an advantage to have
Experience of the software industry.
Experience with agile working methods.
Knowledge of / experience of the healthcare and welfare sector.
