Operational Excellence Specialist

For our talent team in Stockholm we are looking to recruit a Talent Acquisition Operation excellence specialist.
The person will be responsible for process improvements of full-cycle recruitment of candidates for different Northvolt teams and departments.
Key responsibilities
Interface with the TA Managers to understand process improvements to better deliver on their staffing needs.
· Explore and identify tools to build more efficient processes
· Enable speed in recruitment flows through finding better ways to operate and reduce waiste of time/energy in the different processes such as Jobylon/Headhunt candidates on linkedin, etc.
· Improving our candidate experience focusing on initiatives related to the recruitment funnel
· Recruitment responsibility as a TA Specialist. The operation excellence specialist is required to understand the process in order to improve it.
· Example of required tasks within recruitments are: Conduct initial phone screen interviews and organize on-site interviews with hiring managers.
· Communicate offer details and negotiate final employment agreement with successful candidates.
· Participate in and drive Growth related projects and improvement initiatives
· Participate in Employer Branding related activities
The ideal candidate has previous experience in recruitment, training, onboarding and or candidate attraction preferably in high pace, fast growing environments.
He/She is a great communicator
Previous project management experience is a big plus
