In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:

- Identify, plan, and implement organization process improvements to reduce costs, defects/errors, rework, and administrative burden.

- Introducing new methods and improve service quality and customer/employee satisfaction

- Promoting and share best practices that sustain business process improvement across the organization

- Represent the branches and customer management (contact center) within Swedish Banking with requirements to lessen the administrative burden in customer handling roles



What is needed in this role:

- Bachelor or equivalent degree in a Finance, Economics, or a great reason for not having one…

- Lean Six-Sigma black belt and/or 5 years experience of working with operational excellence

- Great stakeholder abilities, teamplayer, eager to assist co-workers and learn new skills

- Experience from branch and or contact center including relevant certifications (Swedsec) is a plus

- Knowledge of processes, documenting the as-is, and improving work in a structured format (possibly VSM’s)

- You thrive working in an environment with a high degree of autonomy and are comfortable taking own initiatives

- You have excellent communication and presentation skills. Fluency in English and Swedish, in speech as well as in writing, is required

- You need to be driven and innovative, result-oriented and have an ability to produce high quality results under pressure, and enjoy working in an environment where new challenges arise continuously
