About this opportunity:
Global Finance Services is a unit under Global Business Services within GFGO. The organization is a key part of Ericsson’s finance community and is responsible for executing core finance activities. We are now looking for an Operational Excellence Specialist. This position is part of the Strategy & Operational Excellence unit. In this role, you will support efforts to drive efficiency, innovation, and performance improvements across the organization.

What you will do:

* Support the development and monitoring of objectives and key results (OKRs).
* Ensure that operational initiatives align with the strategic objectives outlined in the Ericsson Global Management System (EGMS).
* Identify risks and assist in developing strategies to mitigate them while capitalizing on opportunities.
* Support the implementation of strategic initiatives and operational improvements.
* Analyze performance data using Power BI to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
* Support target setting and performance management within the team.
* Assist in organizational change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and employee engagement.
* Support the governance of multiple initiatives, ensuring alignment and minimizing the risk of scope changes.
* Contribute to efforts in digitally transforming processes and operations and is able to set up reports in Power BI and Power Apps.
* Support business continuity management (BCM) to ensure robust practices are in place.


The skills you bring:

* Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, Accounting, IT and Data Science or a related field.
* 5+ years of relevant work experience.
* Experience in Accounting, Strategy, Operational Excellence, and Performance Management.
* Strong knowledge of the Ericsson Global Management System (EGMS).
* Proficiency in Power BI for data analysis and reporting.
* Proven experience in process transformation and successful implementation.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to simplify complex information.
* Ability to work cross-functionally with diverse, geographically spread teams.
* Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills.
* Adaptability and responsiveness to change, with a focus on delivering results.
* Curiosity and eagerness to learn and develop continuously.


Location: The country of employment is flexible and can be discussed based on the candidate's preference and suitability for the role.
