CBRE GWS is recruiting an Operations Lead for the Enterprise business in Sweden. You will lead the country operational support for all Enterprise Accounts, currently 30 clients and ~$25m revenue. You will hold a critical role in Sweden and will also join the regional leadership team for the Enterprise country organization, working with peers across EMEA.
The primary tasks are:
* Ensure Enterprise account operations in country are compliant with local law and statutory requirements, in conjunction with local support functions as required e.g. QHSE, People, Finance
* Management of fractional resources dedicated to Enterprise accounts
* Local point of contact for client escalation, occasional client meetings and dispute resolution
* Support on new business opportunities, including local country representation/ client engagement as required and input into local pricing/ solution's
* Support on transitions, including coordinating with local support functions to ensure effective mobilization of new accounts
* Identifying and recommending margin improvement opportunities, supply chain opportunities (in conjunction with the Sourcing team), and growth via projects / extra works, etc.
* Promoting and maintaining CBRE's RISE values
