Operational Planner

What you will do
As an Operational Planner, you are an important part of the value chain to the customer, being responsible for orders being produced in time and in full for customers around the world. Execute factory operational planning (production planning and daily call-off AM&BM) to ensure optimum service levels for our customers and day to day factory operation. You will also cooperate with several functions internally, such as packing, warehouse, production and market companies around the world. Externally, you work with our suppliers and freight forwarders. This position will be located in Sunne, Sweden.
You will focus on
Maintain planning master data in systems: P2, Pro-planner, APO, SAP
Create factory capacity plan aligned with cluster capacity plan in systems.
Schedule order in an optimized way by considering all impacting factors
Place order/call off for BM/AM and consumable to suppliers based on daily demand
Prepare DMS data to support Planning and Logistics manager
Manage external communication (e.g. special request, production changes, material status, inventory reduction, eliminating scrapping).
Support planning hub to take actions for supply issues and capacity issues.
Monitor KPIs and improve on their losses

Who you are
This position preferably requires knowledge of theory and practice in planning, typically obtained through education and on the job experience. You have operational experience, good customer understanding and Order Management knowledge. You have gained good knowledge from factory production process and product portfolio as well as knowledge of WCM methods and their application.
