In this role you will help with setting up and administering articles in the supply chain system and creating the necessary foundation for contract signing.
The assignment involves assisting in the implementation of COPP in a business. This includes providing support to end users, reducing process lead time, and increasing purchase order compliance. The resource will be integrated into the Operational Procurement team. Since the role is highly operational and lacks automation, additional support is required to facilitate digital development and free up resources for further assistance in this area.
Requirements for this role:
- Supply chain and contract administration knowledge - Junior level (1-3 years of work experience in the role)
- Methodical and structured with administrative skills and attention to detail - Senior level (4-7 years of work experience in the role)
- Information management - Junior level (1-3 years of work experience in the role)
- Quick learner
- Fluent in both spoken and written English - Expert level (7+ years of work experience in the role)
Meritorious:
- Expertise in supply chain set-up and contractual administration
- Experience working in an Infor/M3 environment, as the client operates within this system
