Here you would join a department developing products for network security in the core of mobile networks. We work in autonomous and empowered teams and strive to have the transparency that enables distributed decision making. Our way of working is based on agile practices and methods with continuous improvements and innovation as part of daily work.
We are now looking for an Operational Product Owner. In this role, you will work closely together with cross-functional development teams and other product owners to clarify which things we need to focus on. The teams will iteratively design, implement and test new functionality and products from early phases to deployment. With your help, we continuously validate that we are building the right things.
You will
• Prioritize the work within the area and team backlogs
• Explain “What” and “Why” to the teams
• Accept or reject the outcome from the teams
• Secure product quality and maintainability
• Communicate to build and maintain business understanding in the teams
• Represent your area in department planning and highlight risks
• Report to the Product Development Leader
To be successful in the role you must have
• BSc or MSc level in Computer Science or the equivalent level of knowledge
• Typically 3+ years of professional experience in software development
• Experience from agile principles, methods and frameworks
• Experience from a product owner role or another leadership role
