We are looking for an Operational Product Owner who can chip in to Portfolio to Call-off-program within Business Area Networks and work with our application InfoHub.

BA Networks :- Business Area Networks: where 5G was born! We’re a distributed team of approx. 26 000 in 93 countries, with 126 nationalities represented. About half of us work in R&D, approx. 6 000 in Group Supply and 5 000 in Service Area Networks. InfoHub as system: - The InfoHub is a system and a workflow for introduction and handling of local third party products, 3PPs, to the Ericsson systems. The objective is reduce effort and lead-time for Sourcing and Supply in Ericsson to handle locally sourced products.
Your responsibilities : -
Setting a clear product vision and road map and communicate it
Leading a multi-functional team.
Handling partners across the organization.
Always maintaining a high level of alignment between your team, the transformation program, the IT strategy and other partners.
Taking ideas from conceptualisation to release by creating concepts, draft new processes and coordinating with your team.
Owning and maintaining the backlog and handle prioritization.
Ensuring organisational change is successful to get the best out of new functionality, process or organizational change.
Follow up and measure performance and user experience.
You Must Have : -
Some years of experience in agile product leadership of sophisticated solutions. Involved in development of a wide range of innovative solutions with the digitalization journey.
Earlier experience from development projects (with requirement analysis, development, testing etc).
Earlier experience as project leader or product owner.
Workshop facilitation and organizational change skills.
Bachelor or Master of Science (e.g. Science within Electrical Engineering, Data Communication, Computer Science and Engineering, Software Engineering of Distributed Systems, Engineering Physics) or equivalent formal education.
Good English and collaboration skills are also important.
Proficiencies we value in this role: -
Strong abilities to drive initiatives independently. Plus if previous experience from : Ericsson, SAP development and/or working with off-shore resources.
We are seeking for a result oriented person with a strong drive. You work equally well individually as in a group. You have high energy levels, are willing to learn new tasks and are an excellent teammate who enjoys sharing your knowledge and skills with your colleagues.
The solution you handle is developed using agile methods, in multi-functional teams covering all development phases. You and your teams will be responsible for digitalizing end-to-end business solutions within the Portfolio to Call-off Program.
