Job description
The Sweden Biomanufacturing Center (SBC) is a strategic investment to support AstraZeneca’s  growing biologic product portfolio. The new Drug Product & Finished Pack manufacturing facility will have the capability to support the AstraZeneca biologic commercial pipeline, clinical trials and launch programs.

We can now offer the exciting opportunity to join our new biologics manufacturing plant located in Södertälje, as the Operational project leader / Capacity Coordinator.

This is a 7 month assignment, starting immediately.

Responsibilities
The operational project leader / Capacity Coordinator will engage in:
• Leading the operational and strategic work around the supply, reception and training of new Operators at SBC.
• Contribute to SBC's cross-functional VR Project. To save training time on the line and increase our capacity.

Qualifications
• We are looking for someone with drive and forward thinking
• Some albeit less experience of working with TAQ, Onboarding or project management. Could be that the right candidate has previous production manager experience.
• Has experience of being in a leading role within a production environment
