Our group is leading the Global Network Management Customer Adaptation business and is set up to define and develop services business and support Ericsson Market Area customer engagements & software deliveries in relation to Network Management. The team drives service development, service industrialization and provides key competence in customer delivery engagements carried out together with our offshore team on customer requests.

This position is very much the center of gravity for all our customer and internal engagements planning and commitment. Meaning both internal and external communication for every engagement we tackle and you will have a direct impact on our success and customer perception in the role with a focus on running our work in accordance with the overall business priorities and commitments made. It will be required to keep many things moving in parallel and the skill to adjust your communication to different stakeholders and different forums. You would be expected to be able to explain our working processes and business models to our customers as well as support negotiations and critical issues when needed.

Day to day prioritized activities will be ever shifting based on external factors and as an individual you would be well supported by the ability to create a good structure of main activities and enable strong communication channels. Within the team there are good development possibilities in a diverse work environment within a multi skilled team with a close connection to both the global market as well as the development organizations. The position will also give you a strong global network spire to a variety of different future career paths. The timing could not have been better, we are in the perfect time and spot as we are extending the team and there is a possibility to influence the future and to shape this role further. You will collaborate and communicate in an international environment, both with colleagues internally as well as customers and suppliers to Ericsson. You will, in most engagements, work remotely but there could be occasional cases of travel worldwide for internal or customer activities.

What you will do
Qualify, prioritize, and provide first level of response on project pre-sales request
Project planning on team level, but also provide additional project management support in important projects
Support customer concerns and blocking issues
Setup financial flow for committed projects
Supervise and review operational and financial commitments
Drive our weekly project reviews in the global community
Improve our internal processes and support driving our service offerings


You will bring
Steer work in a structured & proactive manner, superb communicative skills verbally and in writing with an ability to explain solutions and processes to the receiver on their level.
Team-player with ability to work across domains, in teams, across geographies and cultures. Ability to form productive relationships and excellent social and consultative skills.
Personal drive and dedication with a strong customer focus enabling our success through our customers success.
Leadership skills (for example Project Manager, Scrum Master etc) and experience from leading virtual teams
Innovative and problem-solving demeanor with a desire to drive continuous improvements keeping an open mind to seeing the opportunity in change and always challenge us to improve.
Understanding the role of service delivery in an organization, experience meeting customers, including commercial offering preparation, and planning is beneficial.
Experience and knowledge of Telecommunication, Network Management and software design would be useful
