OPERATIONAL PROJECT MANAGER - Stockholm

Assignment Description:
We are looking for an Operational Project Manager for leading and carrying out the work of setting up an internal leasing company of cars. We are looking for an operational and hands-on project manager and it is a requirement to have previously worked with setting up a leasing company / leasing function for cars.
What you'll do:
● Work closely with the train management, Agile Product Owners, Epic Owners and Business Owners to understand and formulate business needs, help break down major initiatives for further development of the agile team and support the train along the way.
● Participate in driving change work with the aim of achieving agility – both in the teams and the train as a whole.
● Conduct analyses, user tests, and coordinate delivery of your area and work with users to define/clarify features.
● Contribute to the roadmap definition and long-term success of the team and optimize roadmap intake, improve metrics and facilitate reporting.
● Working in ERP and enabling our inside sales agents and retailers to provide best in class experience to business customers.
● Works cross-cluster where product, commercial and internal users work tightly to minimize dependencies and align on deliveries.
● Contribute to problem explorations and solution discussions to deliver features at a high pace.
Who you are:
● Experience from the leasing area, and worked as a Product Manager, Product Owner or otherwise had a leading role in development initiatives such as client or project manager.
● Prior working experience with the SAFe framework as a working method for development and project management.
● Have the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new and complex problems, is creative and effective in your ability to find solutions to work tasks.
● Good knowledge in stakeholder management, communication and presentation along with proficiency in English language, both written and verbal.
● Finds it easy to work driving both independently and in groups, is meticulous and structured.
