Operational Purchaser

ValueOne is looking for an Operational Purchaser for a four month assignment at company in Lund. The assignment is to start immediately.

The role  

In the role as Operational Purchaser you will be part of the Operational Purchasing Team supporting in daily purchasing through SAP, follow up on requests to suppliers and manage delivery times.

Main tasks:

Registration of order confirmations and updating purchase orders.
Ensure payment of invoices, follow up on statistics and handling of market company delivery requests through ticket system.
Keep close contact with allocated suppliers and communicate with customer representatives internally.
Support team of colleagues with backup in Outlook (e-mail) according to rolling schedule.

Experience and competencies  

The person we are looking for needs to have purchasing and replenishment experience as well as knowledge in SAP and MS Office (Excel and Outlook). The assignment also requires proficiency in English, verbal and written.
