Operational Purchaser

We are looking for a temporary Operational purchaser to join the purchasing team of an international company in Lund for 5 months. Start ASAP!

Your daily tasks may include:
Support to the operational purchasing team in Lund.
Daily purchasing through SAP, follow up on requests to suppliers and managing delivery times.
Registration of order confirmations and updating Purchase orders
Ensure payment of invoices and follow up on statistics and handling of market company delivery requests through ticket system.
Keep close contact with allocated suppliers and communicating with customer representatives internally.
Support team of colleagues with backup in outlook (email) according to rolling schedule.




Required skills:
SAP
Good written and verbal skills in English
Microsoft Office, Excel and Outlook
Fluency in English



Preferred skills:
Purchasing and replenishment experience




This is a full-time consultancy position through Incluso in Lund, 5 months assignment to begin with. Please note starting date is ASAP!
