About the job
As Operational Purchaser you are part of the department responsible for purchasing raw material, components and subcontracting for our Heat Exchangers at our Global Core Components business unit, in the factory in Lund. This is a full-time job, and your primary tasks will include (but will not be limited to):
Creating purchase orders for goods, materials, components, or services in line with specified cost, quality, and delivery target.
Ensuring and monitoring the supply of required components and raw material.
Working daily in our ERP (currently using Jeeves, migrating to Microsoft D365 later in 2024) and with inventory management.
Ensuring accurate communication, dialogue, and close collaboration with suppliers and internal customers.
Following up on supplier performance and suggest improvements
What you know
You have a background within Purchasing, and at least 1-3 years of experience. You ideally come with a "Yrkeshögskola" education, or a bachelors degree in purchasing(purchasing) / Supply Chain Management or other related areas.
You a conversant in both the Swedish and English languages (reading, writing, speaking), ideally to an intermediate level. System knowledge, specifically Microsoft D365 is a merit.
