Operational Purchaser - Stockholm

Assignment Description:
We are looking for an Operational Purchaser who is experienced in conducting research on potential vendors and suppliers, inspecting goods, and updating records.

What you'll do:
● Managing supplier information by processing correct information about (alternative) suppliers, contacts in systems and documents.
● Managing purchase conditions by negotiating prices and conditions for suppliers and exceptional quantities.
● Performing tactical, operational, and transactional sourcing for indirect materials and services and administrative support for the appropriate procurement tools.
● Work with accounts payable personnel to follow up and ensure timely receipt and proper quality of orders.
● Raising, and issuing purchase orders to support material requirements, Vendor Schedule maintenance.
Who you are:
● Knowledgeable in systems and processes for efficient management of contract documentation, templates, and processing tools.
● Have Experience in working with an ERP system (preferably IFS and/or SAP), PowerBI and MS Office (Teams, SharePoint, Excel).
● The ability to identify market trends and make decisions in a high-stress environment.
● Several years of experience working as an operational purchaser or in a similar role.
● Excellent communication, teamwork skills, inter-personal and Organizational skills.
