Operational Purchaser wanted to Swedbank

Are you a structured person with strong problem-solving skills? Do you have experience from managing multiple parallel projects/assignments without compromising quality or compliance? We´re looking for a driven and result oriented Operational Purchaser to Swedbank!

About the role
As an Operational Purchaser at Swedbank, you will support and coach stakeholders by planning and executing procurement projects (purchases that does not require full scale RFP or RFQs), according to Swedbank´s defined process and ensure compliance to all relevant requirements set by Swedbank´s various processes. The work is coordinated with Purchase Managers and Strategic Purchasers/Category Managers to ensure alignment to other sourcing activities.

About the job
- In collaboration with our business and group function run procurement projects
- Assist stakeholders in defining tactics, prepare request and suggest actions in a proactive manner
- Negotiate contracts with few options and competitors
- Raising commercial issues with suppliers
- Establishing/revising agreements during the contract period
- Guide business in all steps of the procurement process to ensure compliance with all relevant requirements before contracting and implementation

About you
- Master´s degree within Business Administration or equivalent
- Min 2 years of experience of working within procurement area
- Has good knowledge of contract interpretation as well as commercial and strategic perspective on tasks
- Has experience from business development and/or driving change/improvements from start to end
- Has experience in leading multiple projects/assignments simultaneously
-  A trustworthy and energetic communicator that´s fluent in Swedish and English Analytical and data-driven with good problem-solving skills
- Curious with an eagerness to learn with a strong drive and determination
- Is used to work independently and is self-driven
