Operational Purchasers

Do you want to join and contribute to build up a new operational purchasing team?

We offer you a position with an opportunity to participate in building up an operational purchasing team in AB Tetra Pak regarding Indirect Purchasing.Your contribution will be important and visible.Indirect Purchasing includes all supplier relations that are not related to Tetra Pak customer products.The new operational team's main task will be to secure compliance with the Purchase to payment process (PtP) which is a new way of working for many of our Tetra Pak employees.

Within this context you will have key responsibilities for:
-Run Operational Purchasing in accordance to the PtP process
-Daily contact with Tetra Pak users, colleagues and suppliers

Kvalifikationer

To be successful in this position you need to be service minded and you also like to achieve results.You have the capability to work independently but also like to work and contribute in a team.You have good networking and communication skills.A good command of Swedish and English, both written and spoken, is necessary.

You preferably have a University degree within purchase or some years of relevant experience within these areas.We expect you to have knowledge in SAP R/3.Advanced knowledge in Excel is seen as an advantage as well as experience from working with change management activities.
