Job description
As Operational Supply Manager you will be responsible for the purchasing of components and services within selected commodities for projects and production.Important tasks are such as, tender preparation, negotiate and prepare the purchase order with the chosen supplier, expedite and manage the purchase order from the requisition to the invoice being paid.You will maintain and develop excellent working relationships with both internal customers and suppliers, which makes it important to participate in tender- and project meetings.You will also be willing to actively participate in purchasing improvement activities.The position is based in Växjö full time and permanent and will require some overseas travel.
Requirements
You have a high-level technical or commercial education and at least 5 years relevant operational purchasing experience in an industrial environment.You are looking for a new challenge, results orientated, customer focussed, proactive and an excellent communicator.You also have excellent negotiation skills and good contractual awareness.Fluent English is essential, as we work in an international environment.
