Operations Analyst - AI, Analytics and Data Operations

To meet the individual needs and desires of our millions of customers, AI, Analytics & Data (AIAD) Domain in Business tech has the overall responsibility to enable the HM group to be data led throughout our entire supply chain.
To further enhance our ability to reach our objectives we´re looking to strengthen AIAD Operations area with an Operations Analyst.


Job Description
As an Operations Analyst AIAD Operations you will support the whole AIAD domain.
Together with the rest of AIAD Operations team you will work closely with the domain leadership - PAM, PALE, Head of Competence, Engineering Manager, Competence Lead and Product Owners. AIAD Operations overall purpose is to enable an optimal operational set up for AIAD Domain to realize the Domains Objectives and Key Results.
As an Operations Analyst you present great analytical and interpersonal skills and believes in a non-hierarchical culture of collaboration, transparency, safety, and trust. You are passionate about offering and giving service in order for others to succeed, and you thrive in an environment where you´re expected set and deliver on your own agenda connected to overall needs, directions and goals.


Qualifications
Your mindset and skills
· Academic degree within Business Administration, Economics (or similar)
· At least 2 years of experience from either controlling, commercial analysis, Talent Acquisition, sourcing
· Previous experience from the AI and Data space is a plus
· Proven track record of delivering great results
· Excellent communication skills
· Strong in prioritizing, execution, and follow up together with a “can-do attitude”
· Motivated to work in an environment that allows you to work and take decisions independently
· Familiar with result focused -and agile development methodologies
· Fluent in English, both written and verbal
You are an important player in this transformation; therefore, we believe you are flexible, stress-resistant and able to work in an environment that is not yet fully formalized.


Additional Information
This is a fulltime position with placement in Stockholm. You will report to Head of Operations for AI, Analytics & Data Domain.
