What kind of background are we looking for? Well, if you have a past as an Operational Analyst, it is interesting. But we would also like if you would come from Business Navigation or BNOM in the stores. We believe you have worked with planning and following up tools like PowerBI, CODA-Cognos, planning analytics, etc.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
As an Operations Analyst, you will support Real Estate in Ingka towards optimal business performance and identify business improvement potentials. As a team we help to identify and share best practices, develop performance analysis, and develop guidelines and tools.


We mentioned it before, and here it comes again – you need to be someone who thrives in the unknown. Your first assignment is to identify the team needs and design your own assignment and what does that mean in a global context. In many cases your first step will be to help the centers of expertise in Group Real Estate to define their needs.


Among other solutions you will focus on optimising the process, structure, tools and how to work with investments in existing units. Another high focus area of your assignment is to work with performance management within Real Estate. Define together with all Real Estate functions, what to measure, how to do it, how to visualise and how these goals and indicators connect our job with Ingka strategies and goals.


As you can understand, there will be much more for you to do in this position, but this is what we start with.


The Operations Analyst is placed in Malmö, Sweden and you will report to the Controlling and Operations Manager.
