Assignment Description:
We are looking for an Operations Analyst to improve, simplify and develop its current IT purchasing process for licenses, hardware and software. The goal is to, based on a fundamental analysis of the current situation, identify areas for improvement and provide a clear plan for the introduction of a simplified process.
What you'll do:
● Analysis of the current purchasing process regarding IT purchasing and a project plan for the implementation of a new simplified process.
● Overall process mapping, as well as a proposal for a new process that needs to be revised.
● Task plan, a resource plan, and a schedule and specify the resources, including competence, to be provided by the parties, the temporal scope of these and the dates at which they are to be made available.
● Collaborate with subject matter experts to research business and technology domains appropriate to business and IT solution definition.
● Work with teams and stakeholders inside and outside the cluster to make collaboration, coordination, and communication a smooth experience for everyone involved.
● Bring clarity to sometimes scattered inputs from different business and digital organisations. Summarizing and presenting the big picture to managers and colleagues.
● Provide ongoing consulting and expertise in key areas of focus and conduct product demos when needed.
Who you are:
● Operations analyst should possess Competence level 3 (4-8 years of experience).
● Experience and expertise in change management, process implementation and business analysis.
● Proficiency in verbal and written communication skills of Swedish language.
● Able to identify and analyse stakeholders’ needs and you can translate these needs into requirements so that you can coordinate, communicate, facilitate, and lead the implementation.
● Experience in identifying, translating, and securing detailed business requirements into IT deliverables including implementation and maintenance.
