Operations Analyst & Support
Hällered Proving Ground plant is located 15 km from Borås / 70 km outside Gothenburg and shared between Volvo Car Group and AB Volvo.Testing is an important part of Volvo's development. Durability, comfort, performance, reliability and safety are qualities that are constantly tested in our tracks, in which we operate around the clock.
The group Customer Service & Traffic Management today includes 11 persons. We play an important role with our responsibility for customer service, booking/planning/coordinating testing, driver education, traffic control and continuous improvement in safety issues via analysis at Hällered Proving Ground.
We are now looking for a Operations Analyst & Support to our group Customer Service and Traffic Management. As a Operations Analyst & Support you will secure resource availability on Hällered Proving Grounds (HPG) by identifying long-term and short-term resource needs. The number of external customers and sold services on Hällered Proving Grounds is growing rapidly and this will continue to expand in the future with increasing Active Safety and Autonomous Drive. With the increasing demand from our customers, we need you to be a structured team player with an analytical mind and customer focus, to identify our capacity and capability to respond to our customers' requests.
Main responsibilities
* Responsible for writing quote and invoice to our customers
* Representing HPG's capability and capacity concerning sold / bought resource
* Follow-up and compilation of sold services
* Creating analyses, KPI's and forecasts of long-term and short-term resource needs to ensure resource availability at HPG
* Analyse and summarise the impact and resource occupancy from internal and external customers
* Develop deliveries, methods and procedures towards our customers
* Report results in the current forum
* Participate in the annual budget process for the department
Required qualifications
* University Degree or equivalent experience
* Experience and understanding of analysis, KPI´s and forecasts
* Experience from product development and good understanding of our product development system
* Experience from testing and working with planning is meritorious
* Good communication skills, written and spoken in Swedish and English
* Good Excel skills
