About the role:

We are a dynamic and growing company looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Operations Analyst to join our team. The Operations Analyst will be responsible for analyzing operational data and processes, identifying areas for improvement, executing initiatives, and providing ongoing support to management teams. We are looking for a candidate who is proactive, self-motivated, and has a passion for process improvement and operational efficiency.

Period:

Now until August with the potential to transition into a Full-Time Employee.

What you will do

- Analyze operational data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.

- Work closely with the operations team to develop and implement process improvement initiatives.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data related to operational performance.

- Monitor and report on operational KPIs.

- Participate in the development and implementation of new policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency and profits.

- Support management teams in decision-making processes by providing data-driven insights and recommendations.

- Identify opportunities to automate processes and implement technology solutions to improve operational efficiency.

- Provide ongoing support to operations teams and troubleshoot issues as they arise.

Who you are

- You are a final year student or between your bachelor's and master in Industrial engineering, economics or similar.

- You have outstanding project management skills and nerves of steel, with a problem-solving mindset.

- You have an interest in crunching data

- You have an interest in gaming

- Are very proficient in English - both verbally and written

- You are a doer
