We are looking for an Operations Assistant to support our supply chain and ERP work
Position Details and Application
The position is full-time, on-site at Softube headquarters in Linköping Sweden, and we would like to fill this position as soon as possible. EU citizen applicants are very welcome, many of our current employees are from countries other than Sweden, and English is spoken at the office.

Job Description
Handling logistics for returns and customer delivery.
Helping to arrange logistics for Softube’s internal team.
Arrange logistics for shipments to customers and from manufacturing plants.
Keep track of all the shipments to and from Softube.
Testing and keeping a track of returned units.
Tracking inventory at different locations.
Keeping track of inventory management policies at different warehouse locations.
Making sure hardware orders are shipped on time.
Making sure we comply with Softube CSR policies for logistics, warehousing, and manufacturing.
Working in the ERP system to make sure Orders are processed correctly in the system.
Check and ensure items, sales orders, credit memo and inventory have accurate
information in the ERP system.
Fulfil customer requests regarding warranty replacement, returns and sales orders.
Make sure we have all the documentation required for importing or exporting goods.
Making sure we follow CSR policies.



Required Qualifications
Degree or relevant experience in logistics, supply chain or operations
At least one or more years of working experience within the field of Operations andLogistics
Experience in ERP
English language, both in text and speech



Bonus Qualifications
Knowledge and experience in music production
Swedish language, both in text and speech
