We are looking for a new member to our Operations services in Arendal, Gothenburg. The Operations is the point of contact for our customers when it comes to transportation. We are working to build a long-term cooperation and relationship with our customers, where we as a professional partner in transportation, logistics and freight forwarding perform our delivery towards the customers with the highest quality.

Key responsibilities:
You will daily be handling a variation of tasks within freight forwarding and transportation. In the Operations department we handle import and export related tasks focusing mainly on documentation and financial-operational tasks such as handling of invoices, supplier invoices, cost and benefit calculations and arrival notifications. You will also have regular contacts with suppliers and to some extent customers.


Who are we looking for:
We believe the candidate we are searching for have:

- Good communication skills.
- A high proficiency in spoken and written Swedish and English.
- A good knowledge and understanding in computer systems.
- At least 3 years? experience in freight forwarding or from a similar position.
- A genuine interest in the financial aspects of the daily operations.
- The ability to be a true team-player.
- The ability to handle a large workload without compromising the cooperation with customers, colleagues and other stakeholders.
- The will and capacity to take responsibility and deliver on set targets with the customer in focus.
- A creative mindset and is adaptable to change.

A University degree within logistics or economics or similar educational background is an advantage.
